Design-Driven Philosophy
Innovation is a priority for employers today. In a current national survey, ninety-five percent (95%) say they give hiring preference to graduates and workers with skills that enable them to contribute to innovation in the workplace, and more than 9 in 10 agree that "innovation is essential” to their organization’s continued success.[1]
As the call grows louder for developing creative and entrepreneurial students - independent thinkers who are problem solvers and innovators, the CrossM Team delivers nationally recognized design-driven innovation training programs preparing creative innovators to rapidly produce new products, services and solutions addressing real world challenges.
